What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For custom orders (your own design or label), the minimum is 300 pieces per model. For ready stock orders, there is no minimum quantity — you can order as little or as much as you need at great prices.

How long is the production lead time?

Custom Orders: 14 days for express production (highest price), 20 days for standard production (lower price), 30 days for a relaxed schedule (better price), or 60 days for best value (lowest price). Ready Stock Orders ship immediately at the best price available.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! We encourage buyers to request a sample before committing to a bulk order. This allows you to check the fabric quality, sizing, stitching, and design before production begins. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to arrange your sample.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer (T/T) for international wire transfer, WeChat Pay for buyers with WeChat, and Alipay for fast and secure online payment. Please contact us to confirm payment details before transferring.

How does shipping work?
